unmatched quality
ethically sourced
zero waste philosophy
Our process for producing jewelry is beyond what you will find in a "factory" type setting. From the material sourcing at the site, the cleaning, the shaping; each stone elevates the earth's beauty to join you on your own journey.
Each stone we collect is both legally and ethically collected. Whether we are rescuing miss cut slabs in a rock shop or picking a stone from its source, we ensure that what you have has unmatched provenance on how and where it came from.
We believe in using every part possible from what we collect. We don't just focus on the pendant or earrings. We use scraps to make beads, small shards for collector bottles & resin art, and even make paint from the rock slurry from our machines that go into the paintings done by Craig.

Our story started in the black hills and continues today

We took a family vacation to South Dakota and one day Liz asked if we wanted to go find rocks in the creek in front of the hotel we were staying in Keystone. The man who owned the hillside behind our stay saw us hounding and having fun together; he invited us up the hill to look on his land. His generosity sparked Tumbled Travels and sharing his kindness forward.
We have always loved to travel and have usually picked up stones, seashells, and other curiosities in our path. Liz and I, along with our kids, are very artistic in life and decided we wanted to share what we do with the world.
Our story is simple and we are so happy you have chosen to join us on our journey.
